Construction Lawyer (Back-End Focus) – Senior Associate Level

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction lawyer to join a highly regarded team of lawyers and advise on a range of litigious building and construction matters. You will be advising on a range of complex, contentious building and construction law matters, ensuring you further refine your negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution skills. With a diverse client base, you will have the opportunity to truly make your mark in this growing area of law.
To succeed in this role, you will be a lawyer with at least 3 – 5 years’ post admission experience and a strong focus on back-end building and construction law matters while working closely with a dynamic front-end and back-end construction and litigation team. Ideally, you will have refined communication and client relationship skills, detailed knowledge of court rules and procedures, strong drafting ability and the ability to mentor junior level lawyers.
