Employment & Workplace Relations Lawyer – Senior Associate Level
Job Description
Our client, a large law firm, is seeking a motivated employment and workplace relations, senior associate level lawyer to advise on challenging and diverse matters. You will be working closely with a team of supportive and collegiate lawyers and a couple of Perth’s most highly regarded, specialist, employment law partners, on a broad range of employment and workplace relations issues. You will be advising on employment contracts, employment policies, industrial action, awards, occupational health and safety, discrimination, dismissal issues and some litigious matters. With a broad range of interesting and challenging legal issues, you will remain motivated and develop into an outstanding employment law specialist. To succeed in this role, you will be a senior associate with at least six years’ post admission experience, a strong background in employment and workplace relations law, superior communication skills and working knowledge of court rules and procedure. Ideally, you will have refined business development skills and the ability to mentor junior level lawyers.
