Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic insolvency and reconstruction lawyer to join their outstanding team and advise on the full suite of insolvency and reconstruction matters, with some general commercial litigation work on offer. This firm will reward you with high calibre matters in an area of law which is both challenging and stimulating. Working with an impressive list of clients, you will be advising on a broad range of issues, including recovery actions, as well as receiverships, liquidations and administrations. Ideally, you will have at least two to four years’ post admission experience with solid insolvency litigation experience, refined drafting and strong advocacy skills.
