This dynamic team of lawyers advises a range of corporate and government clients on native title, land access and environmental law issues and with high profile projects and matters on offer, you will remain challenged and motivated.
In this role, you will be advising across a range of native title and land access issues including land access approvals, State Agreements, risk assessment of projects and infrastructure, mining tenements and land protection. With such diverse and challenging legal issues, no day will be the same!
To succeed in this role, you will have at least three years’ post admission experience, a solid background in native title and land access law and excellent interpersonal skills.
