Our client, a stellar boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced resources lawyer to join their dynamic and busy team of lawyers. You will be advising a range of high profile clients on joint ventures, royalty agreements, sale and purchase of mining tenements and compliance with the Mining Act. With exciting legal matters, in an excellent work environment, you will remain motivated and challenged.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced resources lawyer with at least two to four years’ post admission experience to step out of the large law firm environment and culture, into an exciting boutique firm which offers high profile matters and transactions. Ideally, you will have strong academics, refined drafting skills and be a team player.
